Proof of MSME Registration
- Copy of Acknowledgment of MSME Registration.
Business Premises Documentation
- Ownership documents of the premises (self-attested).
- Lease deed, if applicable.
Plant, Machinery, and Inventory
- Details of plant & machinery and raw materials with original purchase price.
- List of raw materials and finished goods in stock.
Performance and Quality Measures
- Performance statement of the business.
- Write-up on quality control measures for raw materials, bought-out items, in-process stores, and finished goods.
- List of quality control equipment and testing facilities available.
- Copy of BIS license (if applicable).
- Type test report from an independent lab (if required).
- Copy of ISO 9000 certification (optional).
Personnel and Technical Details
- List of technical personnel employed in production and services.
Financial Records
- Audited balance sheet, trading account, and profit & loss account for the last three years.
- Statement of operational results for the last three years (signed by a Chartered Accountant).
- Bankers’ report detailing financial status (as per Performa “F”).
Registration-Specific Requirements
- Items for which registration is required, with detailed specifications.
- Declaration from the proprietor/partner/director on links with large-scale units, if any.
Legal and Company Documents
- Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN).
- Partnership deed for partnership firms.
- Form ’A’ from the Registrar of Firms listing partners.
- Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum, and Articles of Association for companies.
