Role Description Development
• Create detailed and comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities Qualifications and expectations for each role within our company.
• To collaborate with department heads and team leaders to gather information for crediting disruptions effectively.

On boarding Documentation
• Develop and maintain comprehensive on boarding document to facilitate a smooth integration of new hires into the company.
• Ensure on-boarding Processes align with organizational policies and provide a positive experience for new employees.

Recruitment process management
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including resume Screening, interview co-ordination and candidate evaluation.

Employee care & Engagement
• Act as a point of contact for employees to address HR-related queries, concerns & issues.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Have regular interaction with employees to assess their well-being and job satisfaction.
• Be a conduit between the management and employees.

 • MBA in HR. or an equivalent degree in HR.
• 3 years of proven experience as an HR manager or similar role.
• In depth knowledge of HR Polices, procedures and best -practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
• Ability to think strategically and tactically in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in HR related Software and Microsoft office suite.

Business Development Manager

Department: Sales
Location: Ahmedabad

  1. Develop new leads through calling and build relationship with CA/Consultant/Bankers to create prospects.
  2. Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  3. Engage potential clients through persuasive communication over the phone, present, promote, and sell our stellar services using persuasive sales techniques.
  4. Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through marketing campaigns.
  5. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  6. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Support the Business Development team’s initiative to strategically grow the business.
  7. Skill & Competencies:
    • Sales Savvy: Proven experience in sales or tele-selling roles, with a knack for closing deals and exceeding targets.
    • Communication Maestro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with diverse clients and articulate our value proposition effectively.
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to evolving strategies, and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Education and Experience

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 0-2 Year experience in Telesales/retention in BFSI/BPO/ Telecom/ Insurance/academy counselling.
